★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yukarıdaki hizmetler içinde yer almayan bulaşık makinesi tamiratı için hizmet almıştım. Makina su almada problemliydi. Makinayı götürdüler 1000 TL de ücret aldılar. Montaj sonrası musluk bağlantı yerinden su damlattığını farkettiğimde tekrar bu şirketi arayıp durumu anlattığımda "tesisat kısmıyla ilgilenmiyoruz, tesisatçı çağırıp yaptırın" dediler. Üstelik de son derece kaba ve ticari ahlaka aykırı bir üslup kullanarak. Bir daha bu işletmeyle asla muhatap olmayacağımı belirtirim. Muhatap olabilecekler için de ışık tutmak amacıyla bu kötü tecrübemi paylaştım.
 I received service for the repair of the dishwasher, which is not included in the above services. The machine had a problem in taking water. They took the machine and charged 1000 TL. When I noticed that water was dripping from the faucet connection after the installation, I called this company again and explained the situation and they said "we are not interested in the plumbing part, call a plumber and have it done". Moreover, by using an extremely rude and unethical style. I declare that I will never deal with this business again. I shared this bad experience to shed light on those who may be in contact with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eryaman Arçelik Servisi üzerinden buzdolabım için servis talebinde bulundum. Cömert Teknikten arkadaş geldi. Keşif ücretleri uygundu 50tl. Fakat arızanın çözümü ile ilgili rezistans değişimine 620tllik bir ücret talep edildi. Rezistansın fiyatını belirtiyorum 60tl, isteyene linkini de atarım, değişimi de bir o kadar kolay. 10 katı bir ücret alınıyor şu işlem için. Tabi ki yaptırmadım. Allah işinizi rast getirmesin demek istiyorum sadece sizin gibi esnaflara. Diyecek söz bulamıyorum Allahınızdan bulun.
I requested service for my refrigerator through Eryaman Arçelik Service. A friend from Cömert Teknik came. Discovery fees were appropriate 50tl. However, a fee of 620 TL was requested for the resistance replacement related to the solution of the malfunction. I specify the price of the resistance is 60 TL, I will send the link to anyone who wants it, it is just as easy to change. A 10 times fee is charged for this transaction. Of course I didn't. I just want to say that God bless your business, only to tradesmen like you. I can't find a word to say, find it from your God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servis elemanı akım korumalı priz diye 10 liralık dandik prizleri bize 50 liraya sattı. şimdi burayı aradığımızda gidin kendisinden iade isteyin biz onların taşeronluğunu yapıyoruz diyorlar. ben böyle bir şey görmedim. gidip onların adıyla beni dolandıran adamdan paramı geri istiycem yani. inanılmazlar, asla gitmeyin.
The service person sold us 10 lira worth of lousy sockets for 50 liras as surge protectors. now when we call here, they say go ask him for a refund, we are their subcontractor. i have never seen anything like this. So I'm going to go and get my money back from the guy who cheated on me in their name. they are amazing, never go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08.12.2021 tarihinden beri bulaşık makinamızı yalvar yakar 3 defa getir götür yapmalarına rağmen bir türlü tamir etmediler ve son getirdiklerinde sağlam götürdükleri pervane arızalı geri geldi. yaşadığım en kötü teknik servis tecrübesiydi. 3-4 gündür "geleceğiz" diye oyalıyorlar. gerekçe olarak da "yeni müşteriler eklendiği için size sıra gelemiyor" gibi bir şey söylediler. yani benden parasını aldıkları işi tamamlamadan önce yeni müşterilerin işlerini bitirmeleri gerektiğini söylüyorlar.böyle bir esnaflık anlayışıyla ilk defa karşılaşıyorum.
Since 08.12.2021, they did not fix our dishwasher, even though they made it beg and take away 3 times, and the last time they brought it, the propeller they took was intact. It was the worst technical service experience I've ever had. They have been stalling for 3-4 days saying "we will come". As a reason, they said something like "You can't get your turn because new customers have been added". in other words, they say that new customers should finish their work before they complete the work they paid me for. This is the first time I've encountered such an understanding of tradesmanship.
