★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sticks out like a single pine tree in the middle of the desert with it's colored exterior located just by the grayish "just out of war" looking ghetto. Dangerous area in the nights. Don't even bother going here for a place to buy/rent. It's a ghetto with 5th class people in a 3rd world country after all. The flats look quite good in the inside but the work done on finishing touches is way poor. The insulation against heat/cold & sound is mediocre.
