Maalesef daha önce collezion den birçok kez alış veriş yaptigimda hic boyle bir olay yaşamamıştım. Çantayı ve pantolunu götürdüm. Çalışan personel sorunla yakından ilgilendi. Hem pantalonu temizlettiler. Hem de çantanın yenisini aldılar. Müşteri memnuniyeti açısından firmanın göstermiş olduğu hassasiyeti takdir ediyorum. Özellikle satış görevlisi olarak çalışan Merve hanıma ilgisi için teşekkür ediyorum.
I bought a black T-shirt for my daughter. Unfortunately, the T-shirt painted my daughter's white pants and her purse.
