Fakat bu mağazadaki arkadaş 15 gün iade süresi diyerek sadece değişim yapılabileceğini söyleyerek yanlış yönlendirme yaptı. Erastadaki colins e gittiğimde iade yapılabildiği söylendi ve iade gerçekleşti. Kasiyerin yetersizliği ve bilgisizliği sebebiyle boşuna hem enerji hem benzin hem zaman kaybı yaşadım. O yüzden bu colinsteki kasiyerlerin sözüne güvenmeyin derim.
