The only thing I can say about the Coffemania Malatyapark branch I went to on 04.12.2021 is that it is disrespectful and the staff is quite cocky. We were going to celebrate our friend's birthday, we wanted a song and a cake. After waiting half an hour, they brought the cake in front of us very disrespectfully, and when we said we wanted a song too, they said arrogantly, we forgot, and left. We asked another waiter to take a picture, he turned away without paying any attention. The gentleman at the cash desk was already rude. When we said that we wanted to split the bill and pay, we received a disrespectful and rude answer as if one of you would put the receipt in front of us and you could handle it among yourself. I've been going for years, but it seems you can't go to this place, which has zero sense of respect and decency.
