iki gün önce fayans aldım. iade etmeye gittim, hiç kullanılmadığını paketin dahi açılmadığını söyledim. Ama KDV'yi buna ödersem iade alabileceğini söyledi, yani ödediğim tutarın %18'ini kesecekmiş. Fişi iptal edemiyormuş. Tipik bir haraç kesme veya zorla mal satma örneği!!! KOÇTAŞ, TEKZEN dururken bunlara gidip kazıklanmayın!!!
