★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By my experience, I would suggest all travellers from Antalya not to hire the service of this company, moreover if you rely on having the results within the timeframe they advertise online. As mentioned in other posts, they have a serious issue with the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an honest mistake with the appointment timing - having accidentally messaged a restaurant instead of the clinic on WhatsApp to request an appointment time change (and the restaurant comedically said the change was fine which I thought was a response from the clinic). I apologized politely and multiple times via WhatsApp and was ignored. I explained how the mistake happened. I offered to come to clinic at a new time and do the pcr test (so the nurse wouldn’t have to drive anywhere). Company completely ignored me after that. Very poor service. mistakes happen. We are tourists and that pcr test for tourists is where you’re making a lot of your money. Bad business to bite the hand that feeds you. Avoid this place - Find another pcr test!l centre with more professional and understanding staff.
