★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncellikle satış esnasında çok ilgili davranıp satıştan sonra sattığı gözlüğün hiç arkasında durmuyor. Sıkıntı için gidildiğinde geçiştiriyor en sonunda benim gözlük camında ve çervemde sıkıntı yok diyor. Sadece aldığı paraya bakıyor satış sonrası hiç yardımcı olmuyor. Üstelik diğer optikçilere göre fiyatları çok pahalı. Asla önermeyeceğim bir yer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optik'e ilk gittiğimde ve gözlükler tanıtılırken ürünlerini sahte bir kibarlıkla övüyorlar fakat sattıkları üründe sorun çıkması sebebiyle mağaza gittiğimde büyük bir kabalık ve anlayışsızlıkla üründeki sorunu reddettiler. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.
