★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is what it is, tired hotel with mostly Russian clientele. If you're looking for a cheap holiday for £300 as I was, then its good. If not I would give it a miss. I doubt i'll be heading back reception staff were very rude and no real systems for running the hotel. massive negative were the stray dogs roaming the pool and beach and restaurant area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from there. Very good natural location, so perfect beach for swimming with children. The personnel tried their best.
The main bad point is a specific recreative contingent that was delivered here from ex-Soviet countries. So called "sovok") with all the consequences(.
We lived on the second floor with sea view. The room was in good enough condition. Nutrition was more suitable for vegetarians, however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The club is like a paradise garden! The accommodation is quick, we've got the luck to be on the second floor. Everything in our room was OK for us. It was amazing that the water in the pool was so clear!
The place is ideal for walking, hiking, sightseeing, for sport, fitness, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a four star hotel. Extremely disappointed. The staff were friendly, and tried to help where they could. The food was not for western tastes, apart from the chicken and the salad. I'm willing to try most foods, but a lot of it just looked really unappetizing. Other guests (eastern European) seemed happy enough though. We had to ask to change rooms, glad we did, 2nd room was much cleaner, with less wildlife in it!! plus it meant we got clean sheets! I think standards are just different in Turkey, most people we spoke to said their hotel wasn't up to the star rating it was given (a 5 star and a 2 star).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend- Service is bad, stuff is unpolite and rude, nobody gives information- no organisation at all, food is also untasty, hygiene is not on the level at all- common spaces like pool, restorant, beach are dirty and old, the houses and walking paths are nice, but everything else is far away from 4stars. We have to ask about everything and nobody knows what’s happening- they are so unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definetly bad hotel. dont make a mistake guys. dont waste your money. i guess hotel must be so old. foods so untasty and so bad. animation team is definitely not enough. towels was dirty. there is no disco in hotel :D in short, worst hotel i ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful but old place. Nobody speaks English - neither on reception not guest relations. In a very windy location (in Didim there was no wind and it was flat water in the hotel super windy and waves). The beach was dirty. They say they prodive many things but most didn't work. We waited 3 days to bring us towels. In rooms with double bed people complained the bed was super hard. Animation team was nice and fun but they did mistakes with counting point in games. We were supposed to have fish food one day out of 7 but they said they don't have it. I asked for compensation and we never had such. Massage was very good! Wouldn't go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is it too much! This hotel and its services it is not a 5 stars hotel! Very poor in everything! Tasteless food, and a small variety of it. No premium drinks at all! Only stinky rackia and a few liqueurs. Tasteless beer poured in old dirty plastic glasses. Loose dogs and cats everywhere, even in the restaurant, the beging food f the table... Very bad experience and a ruined hollyday. The beach is dirty and not maintained, sunbeds old and broken. No activities and intertaments at all or whatsoever...
If your travel agent will tell you that this is a 5 star hotel - tell him to f£ck off.
