Club Sun City

I write this as I lie by the poolside in the club sun city hotel. This is our second stay at the hotel and all I can say is that the food is of a high standard and very tasty with lots of flavour and variety for all ages. The staff are very friendly and are always there to assist you. The location is great and is only a few minutes walk to the shops and bars and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy and linen and towels are changed daily. This hotel comes highly recommended and we will return again soon. Thanks again for a most enjoyable stay.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Definitely deserves 4 star rating. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with separate snack bar. The food is varied with fresh salads and hot food at every sitting. I'd say the hot food offer is good quality, however a little bland for our liking. If you're considering a trip to oludenize then this place has to be considered a contender. The barber shop does a great shave. Tweety will sort out a great Turkish bath and massage. The hotel grounds are well stocked with trees and fragrant plants. Overall I'd definitely say great value.

We enjoyed a relaxing 2 week holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. Service was first class from all the staff, who were all very happy and helpful. Food variety was amazing. Room, although basic was cleaned every day with some lovely touches from the house keeping with flowers and shapes! Look forward to returning again next year

This place is something else, my husband and I abousoutly loved it there. The whole experience was fantastic, staff, food, room and the surroundings magical. Want to go back.

The hotel does not have parking area and it is really difficult to park in front of the hotel in hot weather and heavy traffic. Because there no free space to park. Hotel management must solve this big issue. Otherwise you can make a very bad start to your holiday. The second thing is beach club shuttle is small and there is only one suttle. There is no queue for the shuttle and it's messy. Everyone is arguing for their turn, the hotel is avoiding to bring a solution to this situation.

I don't agree that SunCity Beach should be classified as 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are dated, not properly cleaned. There were stains on our sheets and towels. They do have a policy to clean rooms 1 time per 3 days. Food variation is quite poor. There were no much fruits during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even though we came in July, we have never been given cherries. There were no fresh juices or smoothies. Water was leaking from the bathroom, and we noted spiders and other insects on the walls couple of times. The hotel has its own beach where you don't need to pay for sun loungers and umbrellas. However, there is a line up to get to this beach. We have waited 30 min for the bus to get from the beach to the hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is quite close to Municipal beach, and a market. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel if you expect to have standards of 4 or 5 star hotel.

Food not great.. Limited to certain cocktails even in all inclusive.. Great staff... Specifically catered for the Germans....

Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights staff friendly rooms always cleaned cleaners friendly helpfull. Only thing I have to complain about is that the food was so bad for a 4 star hotel we eat out evry single night we had to send one of the kids who was with us home as the food was so bad and he has autism and everything was in a sauce I not fussy but they didn't cater for English guest.. chips was so hard. Pizza evru dinner and tea.
