P	Paweł Chrzanowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent two weeks at the resort. Me, wife and two small children. The facility is clean, neat, the vegetation is nurtured and watered. Delicious food in huge quantities. We loved the local dishes. Great pools, especially the aquapark - children had great fun. A wonderful beach with a large pier. The hotel staff, especially the waiters in the restaurant (cheers Ismail!) very nice and helpful. However, the hotel staff speaks better in German or Russian. I was surprised that English is so little known here. I heartily recommend Club Kastalia. We will definitely return to Turkey. A beautiful country and great people.

The position of the air condition in the room was not ok. It's blowing directly to your face in the bed. The animation team were perfect. The quality of alcohols were good. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. Its a perfect palace for family who has kids.

A	Annabelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are gourgeus and quiet place among nature and flowers. There aren't huge buildings, only climate "village". Foods are tasty. I've never went hungry there ?. All staffs (without exception) were hospitable, helpful and good-tempered all the time! They always have smiles on their faces. They created this beautiful atmosphere. All guests have to try drinks and service from the best barman ever names Yunus ?! Greetings for you Yunus! ? We appreciate for your good work and also your all teammates!
R	Radek Chalupa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: + clean sea (blue flag) + cool "aquapark" for kids Cons: - smokers' heaven - guests are allowed to smoke everywhere and everytime (except a small part of main restaurant). Be prepared to smell cigarettes during breakfast/lunch/dinner, in bars, at the pools, on the beach... This is the biggest disadvantage since there are a lot of small kids but people and hotel management do not care. - very difficult to communicate in English - paid wi-fi only (12 EUR/week/1 device) - not 5* hotel

A	Agata Ludwig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think it's a 5* hotel. The food and aquapark are great, but the rest not so much. We have 2 kids and a superior room with an extra bed, but its quality is ridiculous. Old, sagging mattress - big contrast with the rest quite comfortable beds. It's just not fair for one of us. And service is for 3 not for 4 people even though our tour operator charged us equally for both kids... I've already asked for 4 bath towels instead of 3 in reception, twice... it seems to be a too complicated request. Things like that should not take place in 5* hotels...
