Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression. Possibly not 5 stars, but still quite a worthy place that can be recommended. The distinctive pluses were: good and friendly staff, beautiful inner territory, good food variety, different kinds of thematic events, like Turkish culture day, that i personally liked etc. The rooms are quite simple though. It is apparent that this is what one saved money on. Plus you can see that some of them need renovation. Sometimes it felt like chaise longs on the beach were lacking. But probably it mostly had to do with people occupying them with towels, while leaving the beach for hours in most of the cases. What could possibly be improved is including some small things for turists' personal comfort in the rooms, which could be actual signs of good service, like iron and iron board, slippers, good maps of Antalya or surrounding attractions, some booklets with info about the region etc.

The hotel area is quite enough. Not so big not so small. Every place is within a few minutes walk. There are rooms in the main building and also rooms in the garden. Some blocks in the garden also have elevators. The rooms are enough in size. If you are three or four people in the family choose a family room. The rooms are clean. Only downside is the beds, as they are very rigid. The bath is a little small. Pools were enough for the people. But dont have any shady areas. The sea is very good in this area. Also there is enough space in the beach. The foods were ok. Have a lof of kinds. Every night they have a different country theme which is nice. Especially the mini club was very good. Huge area for kids to play. Entertainment for kids and adults were good. The hotel has a huge number of guest so that the staff tries hard to serve. The staff number has to be increased especially in the main restaurant. Good hotel for a week.

We really liked this hotel. Sea is clear and hot. Foods are delicious. Animations are high quality. Close to historical and natural wonders. Majority are Russian families which are kind and silent.

No bathrobes and no coffee machine in the room. In 2017 kid's animators leave my child alone after sea trip. She is working until now with kids. In the rest service is good and personal is nice. So, I will be fair it's a good hotel.

Hotel was clean, aged in some places but in general comfortable and well maintained. Staff were ok, most of them spoke russians. Excellent food, huge selection of salads and herbs, fish everyday etc. You can also grab water and soft drinks from the fridge distributed around the hotel. Most of the guests were families with children speaking russian. Staff also spoke in russian, many didn't understand English. Beach water is clean, you can see little fish swimming as well. What I liked about the beach was it was smoke free (saw some people still smoking) and the out door toilets were extremely clean. I would only recommend families for this hotel, definitely not for couples seeking peaceful holiday.

POOR FOOD We had stayed there as family between 10th to 17th June 2021 , Actually hotel is great , except food , everything good quailty . Stuff is professional and very kind. Only the problem is food! Off course everyone has their own taste but , we had seen previos videos of 2018 / 2019 / 2020 there had been various of seafood such cyrfish (рак), squids sushi etc and , seasonal fruits like cherry , apricot however it is not like how it looks like , there has been no seafood , only cheap fish , mackarels and mussels (проста скумбру и миды) and it was not tasty , not so much difference , everyday its the same ... I asked them if there could be something different but they replied the situation is due to pandemic problems , however I paid around 200 usd per day ! For eating watermelon and dry pizza. Like a joke but it is true. Whats the point between cryfish and covid lol... This cant be an excuse , this is totally what the managers wants to earn more. So to be honest you must delete previous videos which is totally different ! We have friends whose staying in the cheaper hotel nearby named Queenspark , there various of sushi , cryfish and seasonal fruits . This is the season of furits and this is antalya where you can find most delicious fruits in cheap price , how dare is it! Regarding turkish night , they made a turkish flag on a cake , thats all the same lol... There seems various of sweets but none of them are yummy. Used cream for all and cheap . Drinking fruit juice is not good quality either. Cola and fanta are normal. Alcohol and quality is satisfied , but they close the bar after 23:45 and nothing to drink ... However I had seen on the instagram the disco and bar was avaible till 0200 !!! Omg , if I have to sleep before 0100 , why am I having a holiday lol ... Also if you ask for a beer after 00:00 , they say thats extra fee... How dare it could be happen in ultra all inclusive lol...!!! If you have restrictions due to Covid , you shuld inform tour agencies not to make people dissapointed. Regarding Covid-19 , they had taken all necessary steps in order to keep you healty. Everything is clean. From the entry to the end , all stuff are positive , cheerfull and helpfull, , however most of the crew are practicians , they dont know russian language. Also teach your crew not to talk something stupid during dinner time ... I understand they are so bussy but one guy on the grill thinked that my wife doesnt know turkish language and they argued to each other not to give more lavash because it was not enough for everyone... And my wife understood that and refused the plate ! Kindly ask you to choose polite words for the benefit of all ! Rooms perfect clean and comfortable. Air condition is perfect and bed is comfortable. Shower is greatest ever! Hotel really has good quality , gardens and everything so clean. Like heaven... Sea is clean and perfect. Little bit waves but we like it. Entertainment , mr serkan , mr ali and his team is trying their best to enjoy , but the system is not like before due to covid. By the way thanks to mr serkan ! They all knows russian language and invites you to various shows... But I personally inform you that is not like how it looks like on the videos on instagram , youtube and whatsoever... You have 1 dinner at alacarte , thanks to mr mikail welcomes you and he is so professional person... It’s clearly understood that , they did economy from the food ! I put 5 stars because I wanted everyone to see my neutral comment about poor food of this hotel. If you like to eat , try others , 4 star hotels has better food which I wisited. I will never be there again ! And my opinions changed about E.T.S tour which I have been choosen for a long time

Nice territory planning - restaurants, bars, small accommodation buildings, nice spa and aqua zone. Small but cozy rooms (I would just prefer more plugs). Kind staff. Minuses: terribly noisy on all territory from early morning till midnight; nobody speaks European languages.

I’ve been staying in this hotel in July with my family. Housekeeping, Front desk and Management are exceptional! They had made a surprise cake and room decoration for my Husband’s BDay. Professional and welcoming. Plus they have so many entertaining tours for additional charge. Plenty of shopping centers and friendly ppl. I recommend this place.
