Club Hotel Falcon

I cannot really fault the hotel, good seaside location, good facilities which I sadly did not avail fully. Room size was a tad small but had balcony which was nice. Taxis are easily available here and other resorts are also nearby. When I checked-in on 27th December 2021, there seemed to be a language barrier with reception staff and whilst waiting, I did not know whether something was being done or not due to poor communication. Also I had booked a sea view room and on way to the room, bell boy asked "standard room?" and when I told him its sea view room and showed booking proof, he ran to reception and back with probably keys to correct sea view room. The room also had 2 single beds (twin room) instead of a double bed and when i told reception that I didn't book a twin room and want a room with double bed instead of 2 singles, they offered to join the 2 single beds together - which i could do myself too, but it still wouldn't become a double room as had 2 single mattresses & duvets. When booking a seaview room I expected to look directly at the sea - as the hotel pictures showed!, whereas with this room in Block E, the sea was only visible from an angle at distance and the balcony and window looked directly at another building of the hotel. It would be better if this hotel gave options such as - Twin/Double rooms and Land view/PARTIAL sea view / Full Sea view when booking rooms so people know what to expect when they arrive. Also Wi-Fi was not easy to connect and instructions did not work, it had to be done differently.

Staff are very good attending to the needs. Hotel rep Gamze excellent. I would always use her, i can definitely recommend her. She has a very good knowledge of all the trips.She is happy bubbly and will help you out.

I give them 5 stars for couple of reasons, the warm and friendly & the food. but one thing I will add is to change putting your customer's wrist a band, I know it helps you to identify who has free food included to their deals or who is not. But this wrist band thing also shows these guys are from different country and they get hustled by shoppers and they get charged for higher rate no matter where they go. for my recommendation is to find another solution. that's all other than that everything is great

stayed here while had my teeth done . all inclusive , the staff were so nice they couldn't do enough for you , pillows are to die for . walls a little thin can hear next doors telly but apart from that very clean . food was lovely lots of choice , and tasty . the waiting staff are so attentive altogether a lovely hotel

Falcon Hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with beautiful views and a view of the blue sea from the room. At the same time, the hotel amenity and service are full considerate, restaurant and bar are also first-class. Many thanks to Miss Fadime Die for her sincere and thoughtful catering service. Full score recommendations and will come again.

The Hotel looks fine at the first sigh ,but then you will start to discover that walls between rooms are made of something so thin that (cardboard???) You can hear everything that is going on in the neighbour 's room. Every evening the bar music is so loud, you can never relax, even sound of TV can't block it, so we had to rise the volume on TV to be able to hear something and I suppose the neighbours did the same, so we could hear their TV, barely out TV and shoutingly loud music from the outside. At 11pm the music stops, so compose yourself and wait, before that is better to be somewhere else. Breakfast was okay, but coffee?????!!!!! Instant coffee..... horrible and horrible. Stuff is friendly, but we expected a bit more of promptness. Anyway, if something is not working in your room, as it was in ours, don't expect it to be repaired right away. I don't think we will come back to this hotel.

I liked the Falcon Hotel very much: cozy rooms, convenient location and nice restaurant!) It was a pleasure to come to the restaurant every morning for breakfast: fresh bakery, turkish olives, different types of cheese.. etc., everything was very yummy. I would also like to mention the restaurant's staff. They provide excellent service for their guests. Especially I would like to say "a big thank you" to the restaurant's employee Fadime. This is a kind, friendly, polite and attentive person. I am grateful for the sunny mood every day of being there ?.

This is most definitely NOT a 4* hotel. I had to stay here as the hotel I was originally booked into was over booked (I needed to extend my stay by a couple of days). From the website photos it looks nice enough. It is modern and the reception is clean and comfortable. The staff both at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. However, for some reason this hotel attracts the wrong calibre of guests. A fight broke out outside of my room late one night where a male and female were physically fighting - drink fuelled. I called reception but their response was "well, OK, we will send security". Security never arrived. At the back of the hotel where there is a little quadrant, with lounge chairs etc is the bar. They play loud music until at least 11:30 and it is very loud. Look, if your plan is to drink and stay out late then maybe this hotel is for you. But, if you are looking for a chilled, relaxing break this is NOT for you.
