Very nice, and very clean. Food is very delicious. Good place for family with Kids.

+ Good conditions. Room cleaning every day. Good and various food for all tastes. Great variety of sweets. The wine is preety good. Great pool and preety good slides especially for kids. Polite staff. A lot of evening entertainment. Pool animation during the day. Great beach. Fine sand. - poor wifi signal

Really bad service! The rooms stinks like there is wet rutten towels all the time. Small rooms ( we could not enter with babywagen almost). And they have 3 ala carte restaurants but it was so terrible service there aswell that we preferred the buffe. This is not at all how i know turkey! I love turkey and i even lived there for 5 years...this is the worst i have been to! And we paid alot to stay here... so expectations were high

This is a lovely, well situated hotel with a magnificent water park. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. The beach is also near by, but with the water park in the hotel you might not visit it often. There are different animations and once in the week there is a Turkish evening. It is a perfect place for a family vocation.

It was early in the season. Beginning of June 2013. Stayed 2 weeks. Absolutely amazing pools at Grand Side and Grand Aqua. Food was good. Not happy they had fruit only once a day for one hour. It made people que up for a long time. Same was for ice-cream two times one hour you could get ice cream. But they kept moving the place you could get it so we pretty much missed out on it every day. Again pools were great but cold, not as cold as the sea. Turkey is best July August that is when the weather and sea temp are best. Restaurants at hotel and on beach. It was lovely to eat lunch and later a la carte by the sea. All in all a great experience, has allot to offer. Would definitely go back when kids get older. We were there with a 2.5y old. So not much use of the amazing amount of slides and rides. Rooms were clean and nice. Would recommend it.

The place is nice. The Amazon part was partially closed because of corona. Also some services were limited for the same reason. However, we really enjoyed our vacation there and we will probably go there again. We really liked the animation team. They tried their best to entertain the guests even in such hard situation. My kid liked the mini club even more than his kindergarten.

Large and very cosy place. Clean, spatial rooms where you can feel like at your own house. A lot of water attractions, wild river and pools. But what’s the most important is service. Very kind and helpful crew. I would recommend it for ? % Thanks for everything.

Highest quality hotel. I can't say anything bad about this place. Very clean, best services room and waiters. Best food with very wide range of selection from Turkish to more mainstream. Many swimming pools and slides with different characters. No problems with finding a sunbeds even in the rush hours. We have been using kids club and ladies were look after for our children even couple of hoursa day. Quite standard set of animations and entertainments. Quite close distance to the beach.
