★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Asla ilgilenmiyorlar ve suçu kargoya atıp kendileri de iletişim yollarından müşteriyi engelleyip işten kurtulmaya çalışıyorlar. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.
 Customer satisfaction is zero. They are never interested, and they try to get rid of the job by throwing the blame on the cargo and blocking the customer by means of communication. I definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldızı dahi çok görüyorum. Müşteri memnuniyetini hiç umursamıyorlar. Verilen siparişleri takip etmek istediğimizde önce suçu kargo firmasına atıp sonra whatsapp ve instagramdan bizi engellemeye başladılar. Bunu yaparken de salgın sürecinin arkasına sığınıyorlar. Bizler zor bir süreçteyiz diye anlayışlı oluruz, bunda sorun yok ama bu firma tamamen suistimal ediyor iyi niyetlerimizi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
I see 1 star too much. They never care about customer satisfaction. After throwing the blame if we want to follow orders given before shipping firms began to block us from WhatsApp and instagram. In doing so, they take refuge behind the epidemic process. We are understanding that we are in a difficult process, there is no problem in this, but this firm completely abuses our good intentions. I definitely do not recommend.
