It was awesome! The most attentive staff, the rooms were clean as was the entire hotel, food was diverse and tasty. Loved it and will definitely visit again! ??

Went here last year in July All inclusive for 7 days. Overall the location is to die for really enjoyed for the outdoors than the hotel. Some people in the shops gets abit to persuasive and rude if you dont buy from you. but others are nice. 1 sec walk from the beach. Many shops and restaurant's suchas burger king and designer fake goods at good reasonable prices. The hotel overall was ok had to compromise many times. In need of attension to detail and maintenance and it would help if they teach there staff english too as there was only one person that could clearly speak it . But was cleaned regularly which is a bonus. The mattresses on the other hand was a nightmare. I was given a foldable bed was given as there was 5 4x ppl therefore had a 'family room' which had a double and single bed and a temporary foldable bed which i used unfortunately. The mattress needs replacing for something more thick and spongy. I had to complain many times. So i can be given another mattress to be doubled up so i couldnt feel rock surface. Plus mattress had stains on beneath the covers and sheets. Food was bland soggy and distgusting. I was so disapointed 2 days before i was leaving the cleaner must of removed the mattress as other people must of needed it. So i had to sleep on a rock hard bed for 3 days in total. Also I wouldnt recommend the food as its litterally the same menu every day which is dry and bland. The drinks were ok though and hot chocolate and juices but the rest wasnt. The plug socket next to my cousin's bed had blown out while he was sleeping. Luckily nothing bad had happened.

There is so beautiful hotel and high quatilty service here! I recemonded that hotel and near of the beach! Excellent place! Thank you for all'!!!!!

The location is amazing, rooms are very clean, the staff is so amazingly friendly! Delicious food as well as good internet connection in the lobby

"Service with a smile!" Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Comfort Suites. We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. And the hot breakfast was one you seldom find in hotels (even restaurants) with great variety. We loved the quiet location which was easy to get to and plenty of eating establishments in the immediate area. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel

Hotel was very clean, staff were very very friendly! They helped us book a restaurant, they also helped us book a transfer to Antalia. We good a room with a sea view as we asked for. Food was delicious, al kinds of meat, fish, fruits and vegetables,also sweets. My husband got business internet, when he had to work. We had problem with mini bar, but it was solved really fast. They took a really good care of their guests due to Covid 19!They measured our temperature in the mornig a nd during dinner. Really really best recommendation for this hotel! Also not to expensive at all! ?❤️

Great location, great view- 20 meters from the beach - basically you cross the road and you are on Cleopatra beach.The food on "all inclusive" isn't great but it will do the job. Best deal price vs location.

My wife with an 11 month old child went on vacation to this hotel. The food was disgusting. The baby cot, which was ordered in advance, was brought only on the 4th day of rest, when the wife went to communicate in a raised voice at the reception. But the worst thing is the hotel staff. Waiters came to swear at my child for dropping food on the floor (remember: the child is 11 months old). They ignored requests for a children's table. They refused to call a taxi - they offered to go outside and catch there. There is also an inadequate manager who refuses to give his name, but the guard calls him Murat. This strange character allows himself to yell at vacationers, in particular at my wife, to threaten with eviction and call the police. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then avoid this hotel. The worst you have ever faced in your life.
