I was not satisfied at all, some of my carpets came back without washing, the carpets came back with dust and stains that I sent, they asked for a different price than the price we agreed on, and when I tried to voice my complaint on the phone, they said you can complain wherever you want.

I gave it to carpet washing many times, but I was not satisfied with their last job. There are more delivery issues than washing. The bags that protect the carpet were torn, I'm sure it came into contact with dust in the vehicle, while writing notes on it with a pen, the roller blind was painted, so my blue acetate pen on the white roller blind... I can't say I'm satisfied.
