As usual uncomplicated stay, clean rooms, and late night food. Very friendly staff.

Ita a bit old hotel but the staff are nice and friendly, maybe cuz we are here during covid-19 no open breakfast but all in all it is a good place for short visit.

price - quality ratio is very poor. pros: very close to almost everywhere. cons: price is very high, service is not worth it. one more downside... towels stink like as if they'd been bleached and brought to you.

Everything was perfect in CK Farabi hotel. During our stay, the rooms were kept clean and tidy. Moreover, the staff were friendly and had a good attitude. Breakfast was awesome, and we could choose between various options. Overall, I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at Ankara for a couple of nights.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I left the hotel early to move to another and when I tried to give feedback, I was ignored, so I am putting it here: Breakfast: The milk dish had never been washed and was growing mould. Food and coffee was cold and buffet was running out of food most mornings at 08:30. Staff ignored me, disappeared, stood around checking themselves in the mirror, or stood on their phones, touched the food with their hands. Rooms: Smelled like cigarettes. I could hear the conversation of people in the room next door every night. Housekeeping arrived outside my door at 08:20 talking loudly every morning and tried to clean at 08:30 when I was getting ready. When I asked if they could come later, they never came back. Sheets and towels smelled like bleach. On my 5th night, a woman was screaming for the police in the room next door. I called reception to ask for them to call police and there was complete apathy. Staff: When you have a problem or question, they tell you that you are the reason instead of helping you to find a solution. I rarely get angry, but when I am blamed by a staff member for my room service being cold or housekeeping not coming or my key not working, I lose my patience after 10 days of staying calm and being ignored.

The hotel is cute and clean. The Staff is extra polite and helpful. Because of location its good choice for short stay"s in Ankara. Reccomendet.

Valuable for the nighty price. İ paid 246 TL for a night stay in this hotel , i asked the recieptiin for a late check out until 2 but he refused while the hotel was not crowded as i saw in breakfast just two tables was used. İ asked for a toothbrush and the bring , thanks for that. The in hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 and the breakfast was in fifth floor and no open buffet. İn general the hotel was clean but no facilities.
