Çizgi Rent a Car'a ve ilgili personel Hasan Bey'e bu hizmet için teşekkür ederim. Aracın alınıp geri teslimine kadar olan süreçte çok güzel bir karşılama vardı. Tekrar tercihim Çizgi rent a car olacak. Hasan Bey welcomed him from the office at the Diyarbakır Airport junction. It was impeccable service and a wonderful welcome. I would like to thank Cizgi Rent a Car and the relevant staff Mr. Hasan for this service. There was a very nice welcome in the process from picking up the vehicle to returning it. My choice again will be Cizgi rent a car.

I get service every summer in istanbul and ankara, we have not had a problem so far, lastly, the vehicle I bought from diyarbakır was a new model with low mileage, it was always easy for everyone :)

Bizi sokağın ortasına bıraktılar. Neymiş risk raporu çıkmıyormuş. TC giriyordu ama rapor çıkmıyordu. Bana ne bundan, teknik sorunlarınızı kendiniz hal edin. Bir şekilde sorununuzu çözüp araç vermeniz gerekirdi. Sokakta bırakmak çözüm değil. Her yerde de yazacağım bu şikayeti. 0 verebilseydim 0 verirdim... Bu arada ekleme yapayım. Aracı Otostore'den sorunsuz kiraladık. Rezervasyon falan da yoktu önceden. Gittik kredi kartımla aldık. İsim soyisim yazıyor yukarıda, rezervasyon numarasını nereden bileyim ben. Yine aynı numara, çözümü müşteriye aratıyorsunuz... Your job is not your job! I did everything, they accepted the reservation. Now we came from the airport and because I am a foreigner, they cannot provide a vehicle. They left us in the middle of the street. What is it, there is no risk report. TC was entering but the report was not coming out. What to do with me, take care of your technical problems yourself. Somehow you had to solve your problem and give a tool. Leaving it on the street is not the solution. I will write this complaint everywhere. If I could give 0 I would give 0 ... In the meantime, let me add. We rented the vehicle from Otostore without any problems. There was no reservation in advance. We went and bought it with my credit card. It says my name and surname above, how do I know the reservation number. Again, the same trick, you call the customer for the solution ...
