★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çizgi Ankara has a great team of employees. The cheapest place to rent a car by far. The process of choosing a car and paying for it is really easy and can be done on their website.
Once I landed in Ankara, I went over to Çizgi and got the car quickly. I had no problems whatsoever but knew I could contact them at any time if I had any questions/problems. The car looked nice and clean. Handing over the car was also easy and quickly done.
The employees were nice and very welcoming.
I recommend renting cars from Çizgi Ankara. They are my number once choice when I'm in need of a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented from them three times and look forward to renting from them more times in the future. All the cars I have received from them have been very new. I have taken these cars all over Turkey, to the far East, over the mountains and snow. The process is smooth and the staff is very helpful. Additionally, their prices end up being the BEST BY FAR, and they don't play games with the toll system or insurance.
I come from the US and use them every time. They are highly recommended from me. If you need service in English, you should call in advance or book online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except for fuel system that is empty to empty, it was a very good experience. Helpful staff, new car, good price, and excellent customer support while changing booking dates due to flight time disturbances due to corona epidemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented for a few days to travel inner Anatolia, had to make some minor location and date changes and all went great. It was a smooth and nice rental experience. Prices are very good, company/staff is flexible and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rent a Peugeut 3008 (SUV) with additional Price for Winter Tires.. I got in Airport almost at midnight the car with Summer Tires. Because I was planning to drive into a Area with high snow levels, I couldn't take the car.
Personal had to change the SUV with a lower Segment car. I didn't get what I was waiting for.
Additional to that, Cleaning Water was filled with normal water without Antifreeze and it was almost -8 Degree outside. Of course, normal water has been frozen and I had almost an accident with a child at the side seat because of less view due to dirty window.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in Istanbul are professionals but in Ankara it's different. When I returned the car in Ankara, I was asked to pay 20 lira for the airport parking entrance, and I paid it. Next he accused me of a minor damage. I proved him that the minor damage was there when I received the car. Then he asked to pay additional 1007 lira !!! Hopefully the problem was resolved with the help of call center.
