Very nice service. Very good staff. Mr emirhan at the branch, miss linda from the Hotline and all others took very good care for us at our rental. We had a small accident and the helpful Hotline and staff took care very well for everything and within no time and without any complication we managed to change the car. Upgraded it to a higher class even. Really smooth and nice process without headaches. We didnt expect that good service! Better then all the famous brands such like sixt, Europcar, Hertz alamo etc etc... If it was such an incident at them... No way to get that solved with that ease and that friendliness... Thanks again for that competent and professional help! We will definitely rent again from you guys or better to say we did already now in izmir. Thanks ???

Clean car in newlike condition, no problems during handover, quick handover and a free ride to the airport so you don't have to walk 10 minutes. Perfect!

Rented from this office 4 times. The staff is always helpful and easy going. Sometimes they are providing a better car than I choose if they can. If you have a problem with the car, they are answering quickly and guiding on what to do. Did not have any bad experience. The only thing you should know is that they refund the deposit (around) 25 days later. If you're ok with that, than I'd recommend the company and especially this office to everyone.

Very positive experience. Good prices, nice staff, 24 hour phone service, I was able to change my reservation several times based on changing needs. Didn’t gouge me at the end. Definitely recommend!

Rented a Dacia Duster for a very nice price for a week to visit some nearby towns. They speak English and German so easy to communicate. Office is across the street from the airport, but they arrange pickup and return from the terminals when booked online.
