Cizgi Rent A Car

This is the worst company to rent a car. They used to cacel the customers reservations without a convinced reason. They claim that there are not available cars in the chosen dates so never deal with this kind of companies which dont respect the contracts and the clients

I am really happy to choose Cizgi because of everything! Very friendly staff and accommodating. Very easy and without any complications. Got the car and drop off right in front of the airport terminal. I rented a Renault Fluence for one week in Antalya and the car was in very good condition, clean and smooth and was very helpful to my family and made my 2 year old child very comfortable in this trip. I really want to thank Cizgi and the staff for the great service and wish them luck and success ❤❤ I wish they had a Mercedes Benz too ? I'll surely choose Cizgi for my next trip too and hope they'll consider a Mercedes too ??

We recently rented a car from cizgi and wanted to share our experience. The booking was easy and straightforward, we got a call the day before to confirm our reservation and received information on where to pick it up to my pleasant surprise, we got the car we requested at pick up and the process was quick, no deposit was needed and payment by debit card possible which was very convenient, the car had a few scratches, however it did not matter at all to us as it was super efficient and we drove around 800km on half a gas tank (we got a diesel), the only negative remark I'd make is that we had to wait a little while for the staff at drop off early in the morning. great value for money and can only recommend cizgi if you're looking for a rental car in antalya

The guy named Arif Demirel at Antalya Domestic Airport is the best! He trusted me and gave the car eventhough I had no credit card with me. He just made a lifetime customer for Cizgi.

Great rent a car in Antalya! Very unburocratic, just needed a passport and driving license - no deposit for foreigners, i just paid the rental cost. One minus - please inform the customer that "Full insurance" does not mean full insured, but tyres, head glasses and glasses are not covered, as there are many incidents with tyres exploding in Turkey. Except this - everything was perfect ;)

Last year in Antalya I reserved а car for three weeks. Booking was confirmed by e-mail. When I arrived I called office where I was answered that they have no cars. They created to me big problems as at that moment in other companies there were no cars too.

I rented their car and fully satisfied with their services , very professional, brought lots of their business cards with me . Recommended to all my friends and family who visited Antalya they all are happy and talked highly about their service .
