Anne ve küçük kızını mağazaya almayıp, istediği ürünü kasadan geçirmeyip, ukalaca da konuşan personel ve mağaza müdürünün tavrına şahit olduk. Bu mağaza sizin değil civilindir. Siz hizmet etmek zorundasınız. Bir mağaza müdürüne '' işim gücüm var sizin ürünle uğraşamam'' diye cevap vermek yakışmaz. Civil bu kişilere önlem almazsa müşteri kaybeder.
