★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 questions. Is your spa open and is your pool open. The receptionist just hung up in my face because she probably couldn't understand. Very rude and bad service. If you can't even answer your phone for tourists how do you expect to get any guests?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asking something bringing late, if you don’t pay they might forget. Housekeeping leaves a dirt everywhere. After cleaning didn’t even leave the towels. Bad impression! I asked for a bathrobe they brought me nothing, then I asked one more time and they brought it old, bad one without a belt. THANK YOU FOR THE WORST SERVICES EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel looks like a falling star.. the entrance is dark , cold and depressing looking.. the whole hotel is very cold too.. it looks like it had a glorious past but the are serious maintenance issues.. the staff are VERY helpful but NOBODY speaks English ( only one very security guy spoke some English).. not even in reception English is spoken.. the room I was in was quite big but , like I said , lots of maintenance issues.. overall this hotel should be not even 4 on Google maps.. maybe 3.9
