City Hotel Ankara

We did not stay at the hotel, we used the Spa section. There is no introduction and smiling face at the first meeting. We came as 2 women and we said that we would never want a man and we would be uncomfortable. Even the door of the bath, which they thought would be special for us and would be closed, is not closed properly. And apart from the male employee constantly wandering around, the male customer with pestemal entered. When we were disturbed by this situation, the lady named Gülçin, who stated that she was the manager, said that we would warn them, they do not look at you. He made a ridiculous statement that you wouldn't make eye contact. How unbelievable was our peace, they were disrespectful, and we were scolded for being disturbed. There is never any privacy. Officially, influence is being made. Never a family place, definitely don't go.

Choosing this hotel is such a bad decision. Don't be fooled by the photos. The rooms are so old and neglected. The cleaning of the toilet and bathroom is terrible. The rooms are so dusty that they have never been swept and the floors are full of hair. If you are looking for a place maybe it can be an option.

The room was quite large. That's the only good thing. Also, I forgot her name, the young lady at the reception gave detailed answers to our questions about public transportation in the city and even gave her a transportation card. I would like to thank her here. Apart from these, the hotel rooms need renovation, the bathroom (402) is flooded from the ceiling, it smells of damp, the ventilation is already very bad, so the bathroom smells. When we entered the room, the towels were dirty, we asked 3 times the next morning, but they were also dirty. Actually washed (we chose with all the housekeeping ladies, we had a hard time finding clean) Towels are incredibly old. Room floor carpet. The floor is dirty. The beds are very old, the middle has collapsed, the bottom of the bed is covered with dust, as I guessed that it was a problem to pull the bed base. The sink in the bathroom is very stylish, but you get so wet with the water flowing from that faucet that you are taking a familiar bath. We loved the room, but all this was more than enough to stay here again.
