 Hotel management and staff are very warm and caring. The hotel is very nice. It is a place to stay with the family. The hotel manager, Meryem, works with self-help and dedication. She has a truly admirable performance. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Turkey. to your employees

It doesn't deserve even one star, the rooms are awful, there's such a thing as cleanliness, it's already five bucks
In short, don't be fooled by the pictures that you will go to this hotel with the pictures that seem to have nothing to do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uygun fiyatlı bir otel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Odalar pek temiz değil, kaldığım odadaki klima da uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş gibi görünüyordu kullanmamayı tercih ettim. Kahvaltılar açık büfe, kullanılan ürünler iyi ama tabaklar daha hijyenik olabilirdi. Temizlik takıntınız yoksa ve başınızı sokacak uygun fiyatlı bir yer arıyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz, herşey dahil 5 yıldızlı otel ortamı arıyorsanız yanlış yerdesiniz. (Buradan daha bakımsız 5 yıldızlı oteller de görmüşlüğüm vardır.)
Affordable hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are not very clean, the air conditioner in the room I stayed in seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time, so I chose not to use it. Breakfast is open buffet, the products used are good, but the plates could be more hygienic. If you are not obsessed with cleanliness and are looking for an affordable place to rest your head, you can choose it, if you are looking for an all-inclusive 5-star hotel environment, you are in the wrong place. (I have seen more neglected 5-star hotels than here.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed two nights weekend getaway and we like place. Room was clean and quiet even though they are located center of city. They didn't clean our room next day which is supposed to be cleaned unless DND sign up the door .yes they do have breakfast included your stay they were great. Our all if you're planning mersin it's best place to stay
