Citrus Park Hotel

Wouldnt recommend to anyone! The towels were dirty so were the unopened bathroom slippers! The bathroom was dirty! An electric socket was lose right beside the kids bed! On complaing they upgraded the room but same issue with the slippers! The unused 2 new towels had hair strands! Extremely unhygienic as if they arent even washed just dried!

Located in nice place but the service & rooms are worthless & especially the breakfast, its just waste of money

Me and my friend stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay Great Staff , clean room , delicious foods and GREAT prices if you are traveling on budget and looking to enjoy your time in Antalya Citrus Park is my suggestion

The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and nearby attractions. The hotel is clean and in a reasonable price. The food from their restaurant was very nice ?. Hotel staff deserve to get a star ?☀️ always smiling and helpful, 2 lady’s working at bar who always wanted to greet us in Polish ☺️it was very nice. I was impressed with their kindness, a big thank you to the gentleman from the reception Esat, who helped us fix the wheels from my brother’s wheelchair, thanks to him our vacation was great , without his help our vacation would be a disaster , Esat also gave us tips on where to go and where to explore the area. Overall our entire stay was really great thanks to these people. I can really recommend this place. I was travelling with family so it’s good value for money ??thank you once again for a nice stay

The Hotel is fairly well located (2mins walk to the beach) and the staff is friendly. But that's about every positive point I can honestly mention. Everything else was a disaster. Starting from the checkin, where we didn't get the rooms we booked. The other rooms they gave us were very dirty to begin with. Even the daily cleaning service was severly lacking: folding the dirty towels and sheets and presenting them as new, "new" towels thst were dirty to begin with or simply, as it happened often times, not cleaning at all. Even after complaining a couple of times (other guests as well!) it only improved a little bit. The rooms itself are abysmal at best. Needless to say they are nothing like the pictures on the sites, so be warned. Apart from dirty and furniture and bathrooms (even feeling dirty after taking a shower), a couple of electricity sockets were not working, the AC in one room was very weak and overall poorly maintained rooms. We had breakfast included and the kitchen staff was very nice, but the food did not change much and sonetimes it feels like the leftovers from previous days. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but at times incompetent when it comes to administrative questions or simply calling us an airport transfer at the end. They actually told us they don't know how. Verdict: For your own good and the sake of an enjoyable stay at the hotel, stay away from this hotel. There are, as we later found out, better hotels for the same price.

I love it, it was great stay and the hotel have an amazibg location next to the beach, and ghe reception guy "Asad" he is nice person, i recomand this hotel

Staff are pretty warm and they really try to fix every mistake. There is live music every Friday and the music are excellent. I strongly recommend the place.

This hotel is amazing! The people that work here make it superb. They treat you like family and are always helpful. I'll see you guys in the near future. Take care and I thank you for making us feel welcome and at home.
