 I would like to thank my sales consultant, Mr. Burak, for his sincerity and interest in my vehicle purchasing process, which started with only asking for stock, from defining the vehicle stock to the dealer, informing the dealer in detail at every stage, until the completion of the whole process with the delivery of the vehicle, and for responding quickly to all my questions. I was very satisfied with the quality of service at all stages of my process from the beginning to the end.

We ordered C3 from Eskişehir Alpata today. Mr. Melih, the sales manager, Ms. Özlem from customer service and Ms. Seda, the sales representative, took great care of us. They answered all of our questions with a smile. We were very satisfied. Especially Mr. Melih became one of our family. This will be the 3rd Car we bought from Alpata. I hope to buy more nice cars. It gives the right to authorized service. All repairs guaranteed. Also, their customer approach is very good. They ask and answer with a smile. You send the video and pictures of the fault, the price is calculated, and you approve accordingly. The service takes you from a certain point and delivers you to Alpata safely. Thanks for everything :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilk defa citroen den araç aldım. Ve ilk bakımını ekisehir citroende yaptırdım. Personel muazzam derece de ilgili ve alakalı. Siz demeden işleri hallediyorlar. Kış olması sebebiyle aracı kirli vermiştim ama sıfır ayarında tertemiz aldim. Ellerine sağlık.
I bought a car from Citroen for the first time. And I had the first maintenance done in ekisehir citroen. The staff is tremendously caring and involved. They get things done without you saying it. Because it was winter, I gave the car dirty, but I bought it clean in zero setting. Health to your hands.
