★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllardır bu memlekette hizmet veriyorsunuz. Her gelmek zorunda kaldığımda buraya bir daha gelmeyecem diyorum. Buna rağmen bazen mecburiyetten geliyorum. Ama hiç hiç bir şey değişmemiş. Yemeğiniz kötüdür diyemem ama hizmetiniz, müşterilere hitabınız ve üslubunuz halen kötü. Çalışanlarınıza olan muamelenizde de çöm kötü. Yazık.
You have been serving this country for years. Every time I have to come, I say I will not come here again. However, sometimes I come out of necessity. But nothing has changed. I can't say that your food is bad, but your service, your address to customers and your style are still bad. Your treatment of your employees is also bad. What a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sipariş verdim. 30-45 dakikada gelir dediler. Bir saat sonra telefonlarına çıkmadılar. Bu olayı birkaç yıl önce de yaşamıştım. Yine aynı. Alaycı ve önemsemez tavırla sipariş almışlardı. Gecikince de aradığımda tavırları yüzünden münakaşa etmiştik. Bunlar esnaf olamaz.
I ordered. They said it will come in 30-45 minutes. An hour later they did not answer their phone. I had this happen a few years ago. Same again. They had taken orders in a sarcastic and indifferent manner. When I called late, we had an argument because of his attitude. These are not traders.
