★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz, güvenlikli ve nezih bir site. Şehir hayatından uzak olması güzel. Biraz otoban sesi var ama beni rahatsız etmiyor. Ulaşım açısından derinceye ve izmite vasıta var. Kendi aracınız varsa bence çok iyi bir site. Merkezde bahçesi/alanı olmayan, komşularla dip dibe olan, alt yapısı yetersiz(özellikle internet), pahalı, otoparksız, gürültü hengamenin içinde, güvenliksiz ve eski evlerden daha iyi olduğu kesin. Bölgede yeni evlerin kiraları oldukça pahalı çünkü
A clean, secure and decent site. It is nice that it is far from city life. There is some highway noise, but it doesn't bother me. There are deep and izmite vehicles in terms of transportation. I think it's a very good site if you have your own vehicle. It is certain that it is better than old houses without a garden / area in the center, with its neighbors at the bottom, inadequate infrastructure (especially internet), expensive, no parking, in noise, unsecured. New houses in the region are very expensive to rent because

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2+1 evde oturuyorum.Evler oldukça kullanışlı ve ısıtma açısından avantajlı durumdadır.Sitede dış alanlarda oturacak yerler mevcut fakat yeşil alan olarak oldukça yetersiz.En önemli nokta bu site veya başka bir yerde otobana 25-30 metre yakınlıkta bir konuma bırakın site yapmayı ufak bir yapının bile olması mantıksız.Bu yapılara izin veren devlet kurumlarının belirli uygulamalarla bu konunun önüne geçmesi gerekiyor.
I live in a 2+1 house. The houses are very useful and advantageous in terms of heating. There are places to sit outside on the site, but the green area is quite insufficient. The most important point is that this site or anywhere else, 25-30 meters from the highway, leave a small site to build. Even the existence of a structure is unreasonable. The state institutions that allow these structures need to prevent this issue with certain practices.
