★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a popular place not because of its food or service or anything; it is because of the handsome and tall maple tree which provides a shady and slightly serene respite from the blistering hot of Kas and the concrete plaza. the ice cream shop across has a few good flavors of the chewy ice cream and the place is good for people watching. See it if you are in Kas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, environment, was good staff was ok and especially great plane tree was magnificent. But the prices on the menu was deceptive. First we didn't want to blame them. Alcohol prices are getting higher and higher. But it must not be so difficult to update the prices especially on the biggest menu ( which was the oldest and lowest price was written on it ) where is on the entrance of the cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old waiter, maybe owner, is just great. Friendly and helpfull. Angora wine by the glass and ultra cold beer. Most comfy chairs on the square.
