En olumsuz tarafı TOKİ tarafından yaptırılan bu konutlarda profesyonel yönetim anlayışı oturtulmadı. Geri dönüşüm yalnızca camlarda uygulanıyor ve başarısı tartışılır. Vatandaş geri dönüşüm ve önemi hakkında bilgilendirlimedi. Sakinlerin giderler hususunda her zaman site ve üst yönetim ile ilgili şüpheleri olumsuz yönlerindendir. Geri dönüşüm konusunda pilot bir çalışma yapması için Gölbaşı belediyesine büyük is düşüyor.
The air is clean. Although quiet, away from the city, there is no traffic problem and you can easily reach it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid19’u Yaşadığımız sıkıntılı dönemlerde hijyene hiç önem vermeyen bir site.. yönetime bir istekte bulundugunuz durumda sadece sizi geçiştirmekle yetiniyorlar. Bahçeler pislik içinde. Yeşil alan çalışması hiç bir şekilde yapılmıyor. Binaların haftada bir temizlendiğini belirtiyorlar ama malesef sadece sözde kalıyor. Kendi kat temizliğimizi çoğu zaman görevli olmayan bizler yapıyoruz.
-Site içindeki çoğu kamera çalışmıyor
-Yaya Olarak siteye giriş ve çıkış yapan çoğu kişi otopark kapısını kullanıyor. Düşünülerek yapılmış bir sistem değil ( bu proje için toplanan ücretle inanıyorumki daha mantıklı işler yapılabilirdi)
-Bahçelerde herhangi bir çalışma yapılmıyor. çevre siteler içinde en kurak, en gösterişsiz, en pis site ÇINAR SİTESİ
**Acilen her blok içerisinde giriş, asansör aralarına dezenfektan konulması gerektiğini düşünüyorum...
