It has a large garden, a very pleasant area. The menu is extensive and the prices are average. But the only problem is: The tea is not fresh. I'm not just talking about black tea, they even added green tea and sent it. I'm shocked. A cloudy, dark-colored tea arrived, we could not decipher its aroma so much that we thought it was accidentally brought chamomile tea... Apart from that, the employees were very respectful and careful.

It's a place I've frequented for about 15 years. The operator changes with a tender every few years. However, I have never seen such bad management. Every day a new investment is made in the place. A part of the garden was made covered, a park was built for children, tree decorations, retro lights, new tables, new chairs... Everything was made as luxurious as possible and this naturally reflected in the prices. A good business owner should invest in the customer, not the venue. Investing in the customer goes through quality service. Only things done to the garden and interior do not increase the quality. Waiters should be experienced now. Every time we go, we're worse than getting fired. Every time we go, we encounter almost another waiter. Waiters don't have a specific area And every waiter takes care of every customer. This causes confusion. About every 5 minutes, a different waiter asks us if we have a request. And almost none of them are a thousand news about the way they address the customer. There is a kinship manager (I think), zero experience. You want a cake, he brings ice, mixes orders, forgets orders. In short, he doesn't want to look at you. In conclusion, I will say that they have spoiled the texture of the Plane Tree of the years. We decided not to go again on behalf of our own group of friends. It's a shame, my beautiful place.
