Not supportive staff, No greeting and smiling at all Dear all, On 18 th July, 2019 during my collection of our passports, Visa Team got so upset from my construction feedback that I have wrote it on Google. The two Turkish Team Members were questioning me with all front of people who were waiting for their service and I really got surprised how they can not handle it professional. Instead of saying it or trying out to find the reason with a loud voice and a exhaustion as a professional they should have asked Ms. Deniz we have read your comment on Google why do you feel uncomfortable with our service ? or how can we improve our service towards to our customers? I would expect this altitude from professionals. And the lady said to me ‘ do you think we don’t see the comments ? ‘ of course you see the comments to improve your service and there is nothing to hide. If someone hides something they don’t write. Again I think in general the security team is excellent except on 18 th July, 2019 there was a security guy who open the door with smoking cigarettes and telling me I need to give our ID s and I told him he should be professional because you can not greet your customers with smoking cigarettes during your working time. Then he took away his cigarettes ( this is one of examples ) Treat other the way you you want to be treated. Please do not get exhausted from this constructive feedback ladies because companies missions are always to be the best in their fields and you are the ones who can make this happen ! Or fail.
