Dear Mayor, Haymaana thermal water is healing. I came from Ankara twice. I saw the beautiful benefits of water. The restaurant staff is super. Murat Usta takes care of everyone. When it comes to the hotel part, 95% of the TV, refrigerator, taps and toilet seat covers are defective. What does the hotel manager do? why not interested?which guest is interested in?what kind of malfunctions in which rooms? It has made or had it done. Please take urgent action. You are an innovative, executive, and super president. With all respect.

Good for the price , proportional to other hotels but the staff is rude . They act like you don't know anything. There is no hygiene , the only reason we go there is that the water is healing , there is only a curtain in front of the cabins . I think it should be improved. A very good resource is being wasted.

The price is more affordable than other hotels, but neither the cleaning nor the food nor the receptionists were good at all. The ceiling of the room almost collapsed on us and it was so cold that we returned sick from where we went to seek healing. They call it an open buffet for food, but there is only one main course, they put lots of greens as appetizers and salads, and you put it between your bread and eat it. I definitely do not recommend at all We are not satisfied.

The only negative is that the residents of the hotel speak loudly and there is a tremendous noise in the rooms. I can say that the private family cabins get 3 out of 5. There is a bad smell. It is a thermal hotel suitable for conservative families. It is a hotel that I can recommend to guests who plan to come with their families. There are thermal hotels such as urofiz and saraçoğlu right next to it and they are unnecessarily expensive.

The first entry in a disinterested staff greets you and you understand where you came from. Staff working there as if by force. If this is what you call breakfast, if we have never seen breakfast in our lives, we got up hungry, nothing was right. If you want to return with pain instead of disgracing your weekend and finding healing, you can choose this place.
