★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldukça ilgili ve yönlendiriciler alışverişte sırasında, lakin teslimat aşamasında müşteri memnuniyeti hem firma hemde bayi nezdinde pek de önemsenmiyor ve sonuca etki edemiyorlar, koskoca firma/bayi bir lojistik/depo görevlisine söz geçiremedi/geçirmedi !!!!
They are very concerned and the routers do not give importance to the result, but the customer satisfaction during the shopping, but the delivery phase is not very important for both the company and the dealer, and the whole company / dealer could not / did not speak to a logistics / warehouse staff !!!!
