The store that delivers a desk chair I ordered in a month and the product delivered is faulty. Then we returned the product at the door without taking it home. We waited a few more weeks. The wooden parts of the so-called new product were also in scratches. I do not know if they are trying to make the nation swallow the sharks like that. The second time we didn't return because we needed the product and we didn't want to wait a few more weeks again, but my satisfaction was zero. They communicate kindly with people, but they charge the list price for second hand looking products. What a shame, I wouldn't do anymore with this store.
