★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığınız üründe bir sıkıntı çıkınca hemen ilgileniyorlar. Gerekirse değişim yapıyorlar. Jeneratör aldım fakat arızalı olduğunu sanarak telefon açtım. Getirin bakalım, arıza varsa birebir değişim yaparız dediler. Kullanmayı öğrenince sorun düzeldi. Bir sıkıntı yokmuş ama ilgilenmeleri müthişti.
When there is a problem with the product you bought, they take care of it right away. They make changes if necessary. I bought a generator, but thinking it was faulty, I called. Bring it, they said, if there is a fault, we will make a one-to-one replacement. After learning to use it, the problem was fixed. It wasn't a problem, but their attention was great.
