The first time I came with my family upon my family recommendation, they poured tea on me, I don't say anything about their liver, it was delicious, but what I expected was an apology, albeit a small one, the human condition of course can be tired and distracted, but I don't think an apology should be this hard. Frankly, it fell out of my sight.. My thoughts were not in this direction when I first came. I was going to tell different people in my family about this place, so they gave up on recommending this place.

We learned that there is liver in the place we went to eat ice cream. We ordered it 15 minutes after our appetizers arrived, our first skewered livers arrived, although the supplement was 20 minutes. We got cold before eating. We informed the waiter who looked at the table 3 times during this time. Actually, we should have gotten up from the table and left. We did not do this because there might be a momentary problem. But at the end, we realized how far the establishment is from professionalism when another waiter said, "Will you have tea?" If you ask for advice, definitely not. As the owner of the business, as you stated in your response to our comment, liver took 4 or 5 minutes, and it took us 20 minutes. Our order was only two portions of liver. Our payment was only 107 TL. Also, I would like to point out that we are not the person you mentioned in your comment. You did not receive coffee, tea and dessert, your waiter. We turned down his kind offer.

What we can say about this beautiful place, which we discovered by chance while passing in front of it, is that its liver is succesful for once. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . We also liked the appetizers brought with the liver, the foamy buttermilk is great. Well done to the Kitchen Chef and all the other staff. The prices in the place, which continues to serve as Kocausta Meatballs, are very reasonable. My meatballs taste good. A mixed breakfast is also available in the same place. All the products offered are very tasty. A large and spacious place. There is also a playground right next to it. It is recommended

I wasn't going to write a review, but I would like to share my personal experience as a customer when I read what the business owner wrote against customers who commented. Whether they accept it or not. I want to write about the situations we encountered as customers. It is certainly not my intention to slander. Anyway, that's it. First of all, it is a place that comes to the fore with its liver, many kebabs etc. that we ordered other than liver came burnt or tasteless or did not come as it should. The thought of my friends who ordered liver is that the liver is too small and dried, even the fat in between melted and disappeared. There is no liver like chickpea. At least it should be a bird's head. Other than that, the service is slow. So it gets busy, you wait. I don't have a word for him, but the service is slow when there is no one or very few people. You are kept waiting too long. Prices are quite high for quality and service. Portions are small for the price. Now you can say it is a pandemic, it has not been closed for months, etc. But there is a right, there is order. Everything has a measure. Poor in hospitality. Employees are sullen. In fact, we felt that if you go well-dressed, they will care more about you, otherwise you are not looked at much. One of the things that bothers us is that the employees are constantly watching your plate during the meal, you can't eat comfortably, when you go to the mall to buy a dress, the cabin crew doesn't follow you, you don't want to look at a dress. Same situation here. I hope these deficiencies will be corrected and they will earn the income they deserve in a way that suits our Sakarya.
