★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciğerci Mahmut is a famous local place for lever. And Turkish people have interesting tradition to eat lever for breakfast (not always but sometimes or during the visit to Adana as we did). Lever is serviced on the iron stick as a barbeque. it's eaten with ayran (or any other drink). Lever is really good here. I recommend this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Adana kebab on traditional grille. Served with picked onions. Onions never tatsed so good along with the local salad! So sedap! Liver kebab was good too. Family run restaurant, Mr Cigerli Mahmut greeted us himself and was so friendly and hospitable.Speaks very little English but we communicated well with a lot of kindness. Highly recommended.
