 The liver is good but the service and cleanliness is bad. Plates are cleaned with napkins and served without washing. Salad is scarce.

I recommend you to go especially early in the morning, the place is calm and you can benefit from the conversation of the master. Nothing to say about quality. 10Number 5stars

Diyarbakır a gelip burada ciğer yemeseydim büyük pişmanlık yaşardım.
Diğer 2 yerde yediğim ciğer gerçekten bir şeye benzemiyordu yani isim vermiyorum ama biri en çok bilinenlerden.
A great liver, it was a bit too painful for us, but that means that's the way :)
If I hadn't come to Diyarbakir and ate liver here, I would have regretted it.
The liver that I ate at the other 2 places was really nothing, so I won't name it, but one of them is the most well-known.

I definitely recommend you to eat liver and squash (kashe) at Cigerci Hüsnü Usta. It is open all days of the week.
