Bi kere evler birbirine bitisik oldugundan yani komsunuzla ayni duvari paylaşıyor olduğunuzdan dolayi yandaki evdekilerin sesleri de net geliyor eminim ki sizinki de gidiyordur. Evler bahceli olmasina ragmen hic ergonomik değil. Yürüme mesafesinde de cok fazla carsi pazar bakkal market yok. Özen çarşısında ihtiyaclarinizi giderebilmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Yada otobuse binip 5 dk süren bi yolculuktan sonra sizi kocaman bir gimsa karsiliyor olacaktir. Özetle param olsa burdan ev almam ben.
The exterior of the houses on this site is good but you may not think the same thing as you enter. Since the houses are always interconnected, so you are sharing the same wall with your neighbor, the voices of the people in the house seem clear and yours is going. Although the houses are in the garden, they are not ergonomic. Too many carsi market grocery market within walking distance. You have to be able to satisfy your needs at Ozen Market. Or after a 5-minute bus ride, you will be greeted by a huge gimsa. I wouldn't buy a house here if I had money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldukça izbe bir görüntüye sahip yılların yorgunluğunu üzerinde fazlaca taşıyan köhne bir yerleşim alanı. Site sakinleri kendi mimari anlayışları ve yasal olmayan inşaat imalatları doğrultusunda bu olumsuzluğa katkıda bulunmuşlar. Modern olmayan dar ve kötü bir yerleşim alanı.
It is a run-down residential area that has a very shabby appearance and carries the tiredness of the years. The residents of the site contributed to this negativity in line with their architectural understanding and illegal construction works. It is a narrow and poor residential area that is not modern.
