About a year ago, we started the process by taking advantage of the laser epilation campaign. I went to only one session and they said that they would receive half of my fee in the first session and the other half in the next session. I accepted, I paid half of the fee in the first session, then there was a pandemic and I couldn't go to another session, they already canceled it. Beauty salons have started to open again, but since I will have to change cities due to my job, I asked them to take the one-session fee of the epilation I went for only one session and give the rest. We don't have a refund, let's give you a skin care, they said it's worth 500 TL, I didn't want to make it difficult and I accepted. I made my appointment before I went out of town. I was going out of town the same day. I went and after waiting for an hour and a half, they said that our skin care device was broken, but there were many people who did skin care inside. They didn't want to take me just because I wouldn't give money!!!!!! they behaved rudely. Be you, never choose this business!!! I will reach out from wherever I can and express this situation about them!! Then they wanted to make an appointment for me, I don't even want to step in there. I will start the legal process and claim my rights. I brought my lawyer into action, we asked for the contract, they didn't even give our contract. They said we can't ship. Please take care of your money and time. I will make my voice heard as much as I can and continue on my way with the legal process!

I didn't like it at all, when the laser epilation was finished, I had hair all over my face, when I asked them, they said they are doing as much as the machine sees, it's a complete fiasco...
