I've been giving my carpets to this company for a few years. I've come this far every time I was going to leave it. When my baby's bed came, it was green on the tip and smelled bad. When I explained this situation, they said they would come and wash it again in the same day. When Gormus asks the owner of the company, "Why didn't you take it?" they wouldn't say you would bring it. We left this company with two families.
