★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karacanin adına yakışmayan personelin çalıştığı bir mağaza,kızıma geçen sene aldığım yemek takımını bu bir sene sonra değişik mağazalardan parça parça toplayarak tamamlamaya çalıştılar(tabii bu arada bizi sene boyunca bu gün yarın diyerek oyaladilar) yıldızı bile haketmiyorlar ama başka türlü yorum yazamadım..Yakınından bile gecmeyinnn....
 A store with staff that doesn't suit Karacanin's name, they tried to complete the dinner set I bought for my daughter last year by collecting them piece by piece from different stores this year (by the way, of course, they kept us busy all year long by saying it's tomorrow). They don't even deserve a star, but I couldn't write any other comment. don't be late....

I returned a damaged product and it has not been received for 2 months, they said that I will buy it from the store within 10 days, I did not receive any news, I am not satisfied with this company, I do not recommend it.

It does not deserve even 1 star, if I am not satisfied with the products, I would not even step inside the door, the working girls do not leave the conversation between themselves and take care of the customers There is only 1 male staff, other girls who are interested in the customers are forced to work if they find it difficult, do not work girls?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kıyafet mağazası olan Karaca için yazıyorum. Çalışanlar kaba ve saygısız. Sanki kıyafeti zorla alıyoruz da biz bunlara iyilik yapmaya gelmişiz gibi bir algıları var. Saygıdan yoksun personel orada kendini bir takım havalara sokmuş ama olan Karaca'ya ve onun kurumsal kimlik algısına oluyor. Bu şekilde her önüne gelen eleman alınırsa yakında Karaca daha da küçülmeye gidecek ve müşteri bulamayacak, ürünlerin kalitesine bir lafım yok.
I am writing for Karaca, a clothing store. Staff are rude and disrespectful. They have a perception that we are taking the clothes by force and we are here to do them a favor. The disrespectful staff put themselves in some airs there, but what happens is to Karaca and his perception of corporate identity. If every employee is recruited in this way, Karaca will soon get smaller and will not find customers, I have no words for the quality of the products.

Karaca home provides textile and decoration services next to Karaca store in Eskişehir Espark Mall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are expensive. But good quality. Products can be bought with confidence at discounts.

Fortunately, they were lucky because the product my wife wanted was in the market. i'm out otherwise i would never have gotten it

Kusurlu ürün geliyor, ürünü değiştirmek için bir çok çaba sarf ediliyor, neyse ki sonunda değişimi kabul ediyorlar ardından ürünün gönderileceğini söylüyorlar. 1 ay sonra arıyorsunuz daha bildirimi bile yapılmamış. Çok kötü hizmet anlayışları var... Alışveriş yaparken 2 kere düşünmekte fayda var. Ürünlerin birçoğu kusurlu. Çalışanlar bir iki kişi hariç çok ilgisiz
