★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29.12.2021 tarihinde Atakent/Samsun çiçek sepetine gittim ve 31.12.2021 tarihinde resmi bir programa teslim edilmek üzere çelenk siparişi verdim. Teslimatın 17:00 olması doğrultusunda anlaştık... Fakat çelenk teslim edilmedi. Kendimde resmi programa katılmış olmama rağmen çelenk teslim edildi diye fotoğraf atıldı. Hayır ben programdayım çelenk gelmedi diye ısrar edince.. Biz onu başka bir şubeden yaptırıp gönderdik yoğunluk olduğu için kurye teslimatı geciktirmiş denildi. Maduriyeti gidermek için geri ücret ödemesi yapacaklarını söylediler. Geri ücret ödemesi bile yapılmadı. Söyleceklerim bu kadar...
I went to Atakent/Samsun flower basket on 29.12.2021 and ordered a wreath to be delivered to an official program on 31.12.2021. We agreed that the delivery would be at 17:00...
