★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tayin olan arkadaşıma yeni yeri için çiçek göndermek istedim ve ne yazık ki çiçek sepetini tercih ettim.ne yazik ki diyorum çünkü kurumsalliktan bu kadar uzak bir firma az bulunur.ilgili siparişimi acil kodu bildirmeme rağmen standart teslim süresinde götürmeye çalıştılar ama onu da başaramadılar.cicek gönderilen kisi bankaci olmasına rağmen haftaici mesai saatleri içerinde kişiye ulaşılamadı diye kargo şubesine iade ettirdiler.bunla da yetinmeyip beni arayarak alıcının 3 güne kadar kargo şubesinden teslim alması gerektiğini söylediler.bu kadar trajikomik bir duruma maruz kaldım ne yazık ki ve defalarca müşteri temsilcilerine durumu anlatmama ragmen şirket kuralları deyip tüm taleplerim reddedildi.bir daha asla kullanmam ve kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum.

Not satisfied with this, they called me and said that the buyer had to receive it from the cargo branch in 3 days. Unfortunately, I was exposed to such a tragicomic situation and although I told the customer representatives the situation many times, the company All my requests were rejected by saying the rules. I will never use it again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
