★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O kadar güler yüzlü ve o kadar kibarlar ki ... Ürünlerin kalitesi ve teslimat zamanından bahsetmiyorum bile. Çok güvenilir bir firma devamlı gittiğim bir yer. İlgi alaka harika. Kesinlikle bu denli kötü yorumları hak ettiklerini düşünmüyorum.
They are so friendly and so polite ... I am not even talking about the quality and delivery time of the products. A very reliable company is a place I go to all the time. Interest is great. I certainly don't think they deserve such bad reviews.

Çiçeksepeti franchise ı. Their prices are the same as online sales. A good brother at the operator is recommended, but they get a home delivery price for the flower you receive by hand. Should be discounted when picked up from the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böyle bir işletmeye bu denli bir saygısızlığı yakıştıramadım. Benim 60 yaşındaki anneme hadsiz sözcükler kullanarak, ters cevaplar vererek seviyesiz bir şekilde yaklaşım göstermiştir. Saygı ve memnuniyetin olmadığı bir yerde müşteri memnuniyeti aranamaz. Marka ismine güvenip geldiğimiz yerde hüsrana uğradık, yazık çok yazık.
I could not find such an act of disrespect for such a business. My 60-year-old mother has shown an uneventful approach by using unnecessary words, giving inverse answers. Customer satisfaction cannot be sought in a place where there is no respect and satisfaction. We were frustrated where we came to trust the brand name, a pity, a pity.

I sent a joke from Istanbul to my sister in Kayseri. They took care of everything I said. From the flower bouquet to the wrapped paper. And they made a very nice bunch. They reached the address in less than an hour. Congratulations ♥ ️
