Tayfun Bilgili;

1983 yılında Almanya'nın Frankfurt şehrinde doğmuş ve yaşantısına İstanbul’da devam etmiştir. Evli ve dört kız çocuk babası olan Tayfun Bilgili turizm sektörüne 1999 yılında Fethiye'de başlamış ve sonrasında İstanbul ve Bodrum’da sektöre yön veren popüler işletmelerde görev almıştır. Yiyecek-İçecek alanında birçok sertifika ve ödüle sahip olup 2009 yılında ülkemizi Küba’da da temsil etmiştir. Meslek hayatının ilk yıllarında barboy, barmen, garson ve supervisor pozisyonlarında çalışmış olan Tayfun Bilgili kariyerinin ikinci yarısında işletme müdürlüğü, işletmecilik ve genel müdürlük görevleri ile birlikte bir yandan da danışmanlık ve eğitmenlik yapmıştır. Kendi danışmanlık şirketini kuran Tayfun Bilgili F&B danışmanlığı ve eğitmenliği üzerine Türkiye’nin dört bir yanına destek verebilmektedir.

Ufak çocuklar ile giderseniz sıkılabilirler ama ferahlığı sayesinde rahatça dolaşabilirler, Sakin olduğu ve gelen müşterilerin de anlayışı belli bir seviyenin üzerinde olduğu için de sıkıntı çıkartmazlar. Müziğin tonu güzel bir ayarda. Genelde çikolatalı tatlılar üzerine menüleri var. Değişik ülke çayları da mevcut. Garsonlar ilgili ve alakalılar, ayrıca sık sık gelip boğmuyorlar da. Ücretleri de ne ucuz ne pahalı sayılır, makul seviyede. (karadeniz çayı 5 tl, prefiterol 18 tl, çikolatalı ortalama tatlılar 23-30 tl aralığındaydı) It's a clean, quiet, cozy place. If you go with small children, they may get bored, but they can walk around comfortably thanks to its spaciousness. They do not cause any trouble because it is calm and the understanding of the customers is above a certain level. The tone of the music is in a good setting. They usually have a menu on chocolate desserts. Different country teas are also available. The waiters are caring and involved, and they don't come and choke often. Their fees are neither cheap nor expensive, but reasonable. (Black sea tea was 5 TL, prefiterol was 18 TL, average chocolate desserts were between 23-30 TL)

Tramisu ve profiterolleri de muazzam 10 yıldız olsa 10 verirdim. A place that needs to be heard and recognized more. I craved Krapfen. I didn't try to make it at home. Coincidentally, a friend of mine told me you were here. If there were 10 stars for their Tramisu and profiteroles, I would give 10.

The flowers hanging from the ceiling and the soft colors in the place, the smell of sweet dough and the kindness of the operators make you feel much better. It has already become one of the places to escape from the cold of outside and people. Berlin Dream in the picture, inside is creamy, outside is fruit, nuts and chocolate sauce.
