Aynı zamanda mağaza yetkililerinin son derece lakayt ve ilgisiz davranışıyla karşılaştım. Firmanın 219 tl lik bir ürün için kendini bu duruma düşürmesi son derece düşündürücü bir durum. Daha öncede defalarca kez bu mağazadan alışveriş yapmış birisi olarak iade konusuki bu yaklaşımı kınıyor ve herkesi bu
mağazadan ürün almadan önce tekrar düşünmeye davet ediyorum.
Although I wanted to return the dress worth 219 TL, which I bought from Antares chima store on 16 June 2021, my request was rejected. At the same time, I encountered the extremely indifferent and indifferent behavior of the store officials. It is extremely thought-provoking that the company put itself in this situation for a product worth 219 TL. As someone who has shopped from this store many times before, I condemn this approach to returns and encourage everyone to do so.
